SUMCO matches 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% of the next 2% of employee contributions. All employer matching contributions are immediately 100% vested. Both traditional 401K and Roth contributions are available.

SUMCO provides $150,000 employer paid life insurance for all full-time employees.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Bonus

Monthly bonus up to 5% of employee’s base monthly wage with performance metrics that include safety, customer, cost and production objectives.
